    It does need a name update, but unsure on what considering there's a planned three levels. SVU would be acceptable for say gold and silver.

    Bronze = Sythe Confirmed User
    Silver = Sythe Verified User
    Gold = Sythe Authenticated User?

    Hopefully there's a defined look to the three levels. Maybe three (Bronze, Silver and Gold) miniranks etc.

    I plan to donate more eventually and get SVU'd regardless. But i do partially support, but not for post count, I can totally see vouches though, To me 50 vouches, especially if they are big vouches show more than someone paying 25$ one time. Especially when /similar/ sites offer the same service for free, Sythe is king though always.

    When I first joined I believed SVU meant a lot.. "sythe"(the forums link obv).. and then "verified" l0l kinda obvious as to why it made me think it was a trust symbol, but in reality it's only paypal-info, and a phone number.. giving this rank to people who haven't donated could increase trust just because of account-age. no support as there's already tons of account who "have been around the block" that are tired of the block and want a way out.. scamquits could increase. no support.
    Obviously donation amounts shouldnt constitute much trust either, but the 25$ scammer is atleast risking a 25$ loss without a win(he has to succeed in his scam attempt :p, older users are trusted easier even with less of a donation rank, at-least I seem to trust them easier.)

    I don't really see any point in changing current system as it is, I think it would benefit more from staying in it's current position and having tier's or levels implemented, maybe white and than gold version, the white version being for current rank and gold (that we currently have) being for more verified people.

    Also for white rank you should have to donate more for it maybe 50 dollar rank? or the 100 rank? as what would be point of it if it's not for higher tier donor? it wouldn't really benefit the site any circumstance's without a fee being attached to it.

    Why change something that is currently making website a large amount revenue? It may not seem like it, but I grantee you a lot of current donor's wouldn't be donor's if it wasn't for sythe verified.

    Verified usually means verification of some sort of personal information. What about Facebook verified? It would be easy for admins to disapprove Facebook accounts that have obviously been newly created.

    Or just retina scans and finger prints.. right?

    The 25$ was just meant to be for its beta stage, with it being rolled out in some other fashion eventually. However, discussion and general direction for the system sorta halted for a bit.
