    Help me Organize a workout?

So, basically im not into fitness at all. Never have been. I know that i could go spend 2k$ at a physical therapist and they would organize a workout custom to me etc etc blah blah blah but Im not that serious about it.

Little info about myself; I was born with EXTREMELY severe scoliosis. 4 years ago i had my first full spinal fusion surgery. (ive had 2) and now i have almost no mobility in my back. Let me explain what i mean by that, i cant twist around very well, like if i am sitting in a chair i have to move my whole body if i want to turn around and see something behind me. I cant bend my back. If i want to, for example, pick up something off of the ground i need to use a combination of my knees and bending at my hips. My back doesnt flex at all. I have a hard time picking my legs up off the ground. Not when walking or things like that, i have no problems walking, but for example, when i go to get into my bed, because it sits a couple feet off of the ground, i need to use my arms to grab my legs and move them into my bed to lay down. I dont run very well. I can jog (kinda) but its very uncomfortable for me and after a few minutes.

I dont have xrays from after my second surgery but basically the rods now extent up to about 1 inch below my collarbones.

Im now 18 and Ive pretty much never worked out/exercised in my life.
Im not looking to go and lift a bunch of weights and get buff. Im not fat or overweight (im about 6' tall and weigh about 165 lbs) But i think that a bit of exercise to get my into shape would not hurt. I do work a full time job and this keeps me fairly active but not as active as i would like.

Im not asking for someone to take their time to develop a full workout for me but i am asking for some advice and what you guys think could help me out a bit.
Ive done a bit of research on the internet and there is scoliosis patient workouts but they are for individuals who havent had the surgeries done.

I dont want something i have to do 7 days a week. Maybe 2-3 times a week at most and it cant be extremely tedious as i do get sore fairly quickly. Something that maybe takes an hour or 2 out of a day and will maybe loosen up my muscles in my back and help my mobility as well as my well being.

Any input is greatly appreciated and i thank you for taking time from your day to read this!
If you have any questions about my condition or my limitations i would be glad to answer them so long as youre trying to help me!
