theyre red/orangy-ish and hurt like a bitch right now

i took 2 tylenols and it still hurts

The worst is whenever they tighten the wire... other than that they dont hurt too much. Just a pain to clean.

 

Yea, after a while the pain goes away and everything gets confortable after a while. Sucks when they tighen it, cant eat solids for around a week. Good luck!

 

Word of advice: After you get them tightened/adjusted, quickly eat as much as you can. After a few hours, your teeth will hurt too much to eat at all.

 

When I first got mine, I couldn't eat for a week. It hurts worse, well to me, when you get your last powerchain (REALLY strong rubberband type thing). Got mine off now though, finally.

yea lol i have brace atm. all green. they hurts to eat. lol but u eventually gert used to it

 

baha! consider yourself lucky, i had braces for a year, and now i have this piece of shit:

called a herbst appliance...


hurts a lot more than braces... AND you have to re-learn how to chew coz it messes your bite up. for the braces, for the first week just eat soft food and you're good to go.
