Scammer - Goldforcash

Explanation of the trade: We made a deal for 100$ for 200b Runelive(Ikov2)
We first made an agreement to do it in 2 increments of 50$ on BTC.
But after my first payment of 50$ took a long time to get through, I bought for 50$ rs07 gold(36m) and then trade him that for the first 100b on RuneLive.
And when the payment would get through, he would pay me the other 100B.

How they scammed: After I bought RuneLive Gold from him already 30 minutes ago, for 19m rs07.
I wanted to buy for another 100$. When I contacted him again on Skype he said that the guy that I first bought from was his partner and that he took over for now( they share the Skype account he said)
But i'm not sure if this is really true.

Either way, after I paid the 36m on rs07, he just took off and blocked me on Skype.

On the second screenshot you can see him acting like he did pay me on Runelive. But I have been recording our conversation and me trading the 36m to him and him not paying anything to me.
