It's clearly fake, look at the wc in his stats its wierd colored, hes in the bank in the middle of a general store. Bank is in red not white like on rs. Re-arrange and withdraw are red, and not white like on rs. It has all the old features before they updated it like nearly a year ago (private servers have the old features). Plus on top of that this is the wrong section.
