I paid $130 paypal and he recovered it, said he didn't but then admitted to recovering it when i chargedback, then offered me another account saying he was sorry I said ok and he then stole my money on it and deleted me on skype.

EDIT 2: For some reason it's really hard for the mod to believe me, which I understand but 1. He scammed another guy the same account I don't know how much more of a proof do i need then that. 2. Tons of pictures and him saying i recovered the account. http://imgur.com/a/j6pZj

 

Need proof that is his skype, as well as the last bit of the Skype chat where you confront him about the account being recovered
