Request Pardon for Ban Evade

I am admitting guilt of ban evading.

Firstly, let me apologize to mods, I didn't read the post until after I submitted and left out information. Sorry, I was so frantic in the moment, so apologies for that and I hope you will read this updated appeal.

While I cannot find it, I was banned for scamming. If R2pleasant's memory stretches back that far, I appealed it and I do not know why I was banned again. However, my rs account was hacked around that time and I quit until recently so I never bothered to appeal again.

The nature of my ban (if you can find the original report it will corroborate this story).
A 3rd party was linking my vouch thread on skype to users and claiming it to be his. Not only did I have nothing to do with the scam, I should not even be held liable since my sythe account was not hacked. IT is not my fault that some user was too lazy to even request a PM to distinguish impersonators.

Why did I ban evade?
Honestly, its been nearly a decade. When I got back into RS I had forgotten even my original sythe name and didn't know how to recover it.

how can I prove my innocence / character (while none of these prove my innocence, they go a long way to demonstrate character)
I am willing to provide the following to any mod
1. proof in game of my inventory (currently 1.5B) as well as demonstration of my gold making methods to proof I am here to do legitimate (and profitable) business.
2. proof that my paypal is bank verified as well as business transaction history totaling over 10k$
3. proof via W2 and fico score that I have a six figure salary IRL and a near perfect fico score (i.e. I have a real income source and don't need to rely on scams and I pay my bills.. I could scam a bank by defaultin on a 100k loan if I wanted)
4. proof of my identity IRL
5. proof I graduated from a top university, top of my class
6. Any other proof you request I will provide
7. In addition to old vouches, I have over 40-50 now
8. I can prove I have 51 vouches on Pojo, a site for trading Yugioh and no bad transaction history there either

I've searched long and hard and been unable to find the original report, and there is nothing linked in the ban reason. Ultimately, we'll need you to prove that you're not liable for scamming, otherwise you'll continue to be held responsible for such.

Denied until you can prove that you didn't scam, once you can prove that, feel free to re-create this pardon for the ban evasion offence.
