First off the terms and conditions on this build are negotiable, ones that are not is that the account will be created by me. The account will be given in increments of 25m for supplies for training. I will pay no more than $200 up front, but will pay more as we go until you finish and the complete build are finished. The only skills I am concerned about for this account are 99 attack, strength, defense, range, magic, and hitpoints, 70 prayer, 70 agility and 85 slayer. You will be required to get ALL reqs for the following quests.
