    Both interested in names, showed up a few months after last ban, similar thread layout/listing names in spoilers. IP match:

    Define not been active in a long time as he's banned, so it's unlikely that this IP match is a result of the IP Audit glitch.

    Even if it's not a home IP i'm still pretty sure they're the same person.
