Buying 1 Def Pure (Str)

I'm buying a pure with 40 attack (no more no less), 1 def (no exceptions) and as high a strength as possible. 40 range would be bonus and worth more as well as 30 mage. Must not have recovs and cant have ever been a member. I am willing to pay up to 600k and will be on here for the next hour or so so we talk on here.

its kinda a mage pure it has like 31 mage and has like 22 cb other stats are all pretty much 1 i think

Yea, but its not enough for a cmb lvl and he doesn't say anything about prayer, but he says 1def and urs has 2.
