Bought an account on PlayerAuctions. Options?

So I recently purchased an account through PlayerAuctions, and the account got reclaimed. The account then was resold on PA through a new PA account. I dont care about the account at this point, and I just would like to get my money back at this point. I have had a support ticket open for 8 days now, and no response from PA. I was just curios to find out what my options are to get my money back, since it doesn't look like PA is going to do anything about it.

Contact BBB and report them if they don't assist you and they'll reply rather quickly.

If not contact them in live chat multiple times to dispute the issue.
I've had a similar situation where I was clearly still in the warranty period thingy that PA offers, but they still took over 2 months to refund the full amount which is ridiculous (Close to $200).

I did end up getting it back, but they try to not refund if they can avoid it. I had a small one $25ish one in the past literally over 15 months ago which wasn't resolved until recently when they finally refunded the $200 one.

 

I keep telling people repeatedly Playerauctions is full of shit.
They try state that they're the safest trading platform yet when people get scammed via account recoveries they never refund UNLESS you make it public/Slander their company name.

When one of my skype friends got scammed via an account recovery when he tried contacting them they ignored him and he had to open a manually paypal dispute to get his money back. After his PA account got permanently banned for chargebacking even though he was initially scammed.

 

I feel you bro, I bought an account on that shitty website 7 months ago, recovered in literally 45 minutes. There response team isn't real, it's just a bunch of automated messages. NEVER deal with them again, unfortunately your money is long gone.
