Lost access to Main Account

hey guys, my main account is "valastro Baby" When i try to recover it it doesnt even ask for the password recovery thing which i set a while back, it may have sent an email to an email acc i may have made when creating the account which i have forgotten, is there a way i can find out what the email is called or recover it using the recovery question?
