    Everything i pay for is through paypal. All my vouchers were paypal payments. Not everyone who uses paypal is a scumbag scammer. Also incase i myself get scammed by someone on here ill get my money back if its not a legitimate trade. Paypal is personal preferance of mine been using it for years. I know nothing about how btc works but i have an account its just not verified cause im not putting money on there anytime soon. Does that answer your question.
