close this im getting hate for something i was just asking other people opinions. for what he did.

 

of course he will face punishment. if the seller provides all the evident proof and his personal info as well as when the trade went down with video recording and or screenshots. Karma will eventually bite him in the butt. These are REAL people he is dealing with and these PEOPLE are running a business. Hurting ones business effects them with financial issues as THEY HAVE MOUTHS TO FEED AND KEEP A ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS just like everyone else. So lets conclude this statement your "Friend" knew what he wanted to do with the money. He knows what he wanted to purchase with the money. He received what he bought from the seller after sending them the money. He then loses what he knows he purchased so in efforts to redeem his losses he is going to try and take his money back and screw over the person who just sold him the gold legitimately. Ultimately your friend needs to stop being a douchebag if he does this kind of things to hard working trustworthy legit people. I could go all day on this subject but I'm not here to write a story just putting my 2 cents in on the subject.

 

this is a business by the way circle. he cant charge back the seller he gave the money to since once btc is sent its none refundable so he is charging back the circle site.

 

He lost the gold? And to make up for it he feels like either stealing from either company makes up for it?

This is a big amount and I wouldn't be surprised if circle would do something about it. I haven't used circle, but Im going to guess they got verification and they should have it at their disposal.

 

Your friend is really outta this world. i'm not going to sugar coat anything for a human being who pulls this kind of bs and they know what the consequences are. They think just because they chargeback and get their money back everything is all good. not until months later you get slapped with a court order form and get sued for your stupidity of being a fraudulent scammer. 2 racks is a lot of money I would pursue the mother effer by any means get what i sold for plus compensate for emotional distress = more money for what the douche is putting me through. I been in certain situations related to this where I become the victim so i dont tolerate these kind of acts.

 

Fraud is a crime, crimes mean consequences. I hope he understands what he's done, Circle will have access to his personal information as well from the paypal payment

he doesn't use scythe. i was in team speak with him and he told me he did it and wanted to know my opinion. and i said that it is counted as fraud.

why would it be me when i know its fraud? and when you can get in serious trouble for it. i have no idea why people would assume these things when im just asking other people to see what they have to say about it.

 

if they egt the police involved he could go to prison fraud is a serous offence in alot of countries and since its a high amount he stole prison is a likely outcome

 

You had to ask if it was wrong and what could happen to your "friend" so clearly you didn't know it was fraud and that you can get in serious trouble for it. You're awful at lying, if you're going to be a scumbag at least be an honest one. If you're going to prison for fraud then being honest about it on here is the least of your worries.

 

Why would your friend tell you this and why would you ask us if you already knew the answer? Do people not have enough common sense to know "scamming" a huge company is not a good idea?
