How easy are League of Legends accounts to recover compared to Runescape accounts?

I'm in the market for a new league account

 

I'd definitely say a lot harder than it is compared to RuneScape.

When you recover a league of legends account there is a lot of information you have to submit regarding the account that most people wouldn't even remember after being in possession of their accounts for such a long time.
