well "noob accounts" as in 3-10 etc. can sell for heaps , beings you can make any kind of pure out of them etc. so you definitely wont get one given to you and unless you got quite a bit of mills to spend you wont be buying one either , so i think you should remake this and say , buying any rsc acc
