s7oned scammer

for some reason i went first to this guy for $12 on paypal. already filed a chargeback for a return (main reason went ahead and went first because i was able to do that on paypal) after giving him plenty of time to log back in. but really wasnt to prepared to provide proof to ban him as it was $12... but here it goes
