Discovered I'm banned

I just tried to log in to my sythe account and it said I was banned for reason: "Hacked account."

Is there any way I can re-secure the account and get it back?

I'm not attached to the account in any way, so if that's not possible I'd like to just make a new one. I just know that "vading" is against the rules so I wanted to ask for permission before I make a new one.

 

Please perform a virus scan and post a picture of the results of that scan here.

Also, please post from a home IP associated with your account

Finally did a virus scan today. This should be a home IP address for my account, this is my school address. The only places I've used Sythe have been at my parents address, my school address, and on my phone.

The screenshot of my virus scan didn't post before, so here it is again. Guess I'll use the 'preview' feature before I post from now on.

 

Still trying to recover/appeal the ban on the account Fibofallfibs. If I'm not going about this properly, please do let me know: I haven't heard any response since last Sunday.
