this guy scammed me of a pbp pin

some1 buy the email of [email protected] scammed me of a pbp pin
i gave him 3 chances to set it straight, he refused all of them
he claims it was his brother, but i dont believe him
he just tried to trade me a lvl 92 named og snop for my account, a lvl 77, and claimed it had no recovs/ bank pin
when asked to show proof, the file he sent did not transfer, and he made it in adobe, claiming it was made in paint
i would like to know the sythe name of this person, so i can warn other potential pin buyers about him
currently, he owes me a new pbp pin, and if he gives, i will withdraw the report
i know he is going to look at this thread, so that is a chance for him, chance number 4
