I could be in deep shit...

Well, it all started Friday. Before I tell the story, let's do a little background first. At my school, when we're at lunch, we mess with each other like everyone else does. But some of the time we start stabbing each other with pencils and stuff, nothing to harmful, but enough to hurt if someone pissed you off. Eventually it went from one on one, to people helping other people. No one ever gets pissed because of it, they just stab em back when they aren't looking. We sometimes get pretty bad wounds, but they heal, and it's usually hilarious and we all have a good time with it. Now onto the story. Friday we were at lunch, and my friend Derek wanted to "get" Michael because he was messin with him in 2nd period. I said ok I'm in. He also got Cody and Joe to help. Heres basically what they all look/act like.

Derek-Half asian, pretty cool, mostly stabs like I do when angered.
Cody-a little big, and he kicks the shit outta people more often than stabbing.
Michael-red headed, sometimes annoying, and is a lot of the time who we stab because he always starts shit.
Joe-fat black guy, stabs people with his pick, which is metal by the way.

Anyway so we're all standing there acting like nothing is going on, when I hear Cody give the signal. Cody walks up and kicks the living hell out of his leg, Joe gets behind him, holds him in place, and tears him up with his pick, and me and Derek stab him in the side/back one time each with our pencils. Afterwards Michael is still sort've in shock, and hurting as you can imagine. Me, Cody, and Derek walk up to the cafeteria and Derek gets some lunch. While we're walking back, Michael is walking towards us, and he looks totally pissed. So we play around runnin from him, and he grabs me by the shirt like he's fixin to start swingin, and shows me the stab marks. They weren't that bad, more like scrapes, which don't usually happen. Well, Seargent Mitchel comes over there when he sees Michael grab me, and happens to see the marks. He asks what did those, Michael said a pencil, he asked who, and I was standing right there so duh he said me. So he takes us up to the office, and he asks if there was anyone else who did it, I didn't want to take the blame for all the marks, because I could get in way more shit if they thought it was just me. Me and Michael both thought that Joe had made the other mark on his back, so we said him. So we're all three in the office, then Michael goes to the nurse to get the scratches cleaned. Mr. Anderson (Sort've like a principal but a bit lower) has me and Joe both write out statements of what happened. When I wrote mine, I left out Cody and Derek because I didn't want them to get in trouble too, but I dunno what Joe wrote. Michael is in Mr. Andersons office for the longest time, and then when I'm coming back from picking up the attendence slips, I see Michael, Mr. Anderson, and a fucking police officer walking to the main office. They go into Mr. Bane (assistand principal) and are talking the whole time I'm in my 4th period class, which is helping in the office. Eventually, Cody and Derek get called out of class, so I knew that either Joe (nah hes too dumb) or Michael (yup) snitched on them. They had to write out statements as well, Derek denied being involved with it, he said he just sat back and watched, and I dunno what cody wrote. So I went through the rest of the day wondering what I was going to get, and they never called me back to the office. So basically tommorow I'm pretty much fucked if they know the whole story. True, the wounds weren't bad at all (I've had lots worse), but I have a bad feeling that this could get me in ISS or even suspended. I'm hoping that they just give me d-hall, because I can just forge that signature. And since they had the police up there, this could end up in some kind of lawsuit. So this fucking blows pretty much. Any comments?

lol you wouldn't understand it if you don't go to our school. It's just something we do for fun. It may seem stupid, but it's just how we pass the time and get on the teacher on duty's nerves at the same time.

 

Hahaha yea thats just stupid stabbing people but yea your pretty much fucked if they know the whole story. In my school if something happens by a group of people like what yall did then they'd consider it gang activity even if it isn't gang related but chances are if he and his family want to press charges you'll get assault charges.

 

Yea and that's what I'm afraid could happen I'm hoping that since all the statements are probably different, and possibly Michael might have held back some stuff, that they won't be able to get an idea of what really happened.

Anyway guys I'm goin to bed, I'll let you guys know how it turned out after I get back from school.

If you did this in my school, all the asians would crowd over you and start yelling and poking at you. At our school, you have to argue it out, or call each other gay. You guys shouldn't be making fun of his school rituals, each school has its own.

Its what people do. I go to Middle School and we all fuck wih eachother. Like if someone does one thing, that gives us the right to mke them fall on bare cement. No one gets hurt but its funny. Also to get back at people we tackle their asses during football practice.
