RS Cheating MiniRank

I do agree it's reaching adding a new one to each section when we already have general miniranks the include those section. If we aren't going to jump on a point system of some sort though I do think this would still be helpful.

As for the current minirank, just leave it to the RS general and then create a new rank for the subforums as staff see fit. The gaming section currently has something like that. I can't get the gaming rank for posting in the LoL section, and visa versa even though they are within the same subforum. Would be nice to see RS, one of the larger discussion sections, move into that.

This would allow users to "collect" miniranks without having to purchase anything, just by keeping activity up in their respective forums. When we start making groups, there can be groups for the participation minis which would only add onto the incentive to be active in multiple sections.

 

Not really comparable.

The other games discussion forum isn't consolidated under a single game like Runescape is. LoL and CS:GO are different games with a significant following. It would make sense for both to have their own individual participant minirank, like Runescape. Livestream and Gaming Media alongside Gaming General don't target a specific game. What's being asked here is an additional minirank (potentially more) for a subset forum within the Runescape parent-forum, even though there is already a participant minirank that covers the whole forum. I'd understand if the current participant minirank didn't cover all parts of the forum, then the argument to add one to increase participation would be more plausible, and not so much of a reach.

 

Fair enough. The way I see it is an easy method to encourage users to post in both sections rather than one or the other to have all of the RS related minis. Like you said though, there really isn't a real reason for it past possible activity it could generate so there is no rush on it. It's something I would like to see but I understand why the idea would be scrapped / put on the back-burner.

 

Support for a RSPS mini rank or RS cheating w/e just not the gameshark

Is there a thread that tells you how to obtain certain mini ranks and how to maintain them ?
I had the community one for one day lol

 

There is this guide here that you can look at. It doesn't have ALL of the minis, but it has a decent amount.

If you go in the user center to this link here in the in the usercenter you can see all of the miniranks and what they're named.
