1. I am redisputing my claim as I was wrongfully banned. I have read through the terms and conditions and don't believe I should be banned for having logged in from another vaders ip. I am posting this with Good intentions as I believe my dispute was denied without reasoning. This will be my last post and hope you take into consideration I would have no reason to report myself as a scammer. Thanks again for your time. As it seems the decision is final, thanks allowing me to participate in your forum Sythe.

   I am fully aware who Victimized is. He is a real life friend of mine in which I had been slightly aware of his history using Sythe as he introduced me to the site. I hadn't been fully aware of the Evading history;

   I had logged in I believe it was once from his home Wi-fi in which I assure you was not my home IP address. I login from the same IP address nearly every time. I'm submitting this appeal from my home right now. Victimized has had issues with me in the past and we worked out trades in the past. There was a point in which he had an issue with me and submitted a falsified report against me to get me banned only to recant his initial claim:

   I came here to make a good impression. Have been a donor, been learning how things work. Became a S.V.U. (regardless of my hatred towards Pay-Pal). I understand the skepticism of this dispute and truly believe Victimized having an issue with me in the past may have led to this. It completely slipped my mind I logged in through his wi-fi and was caught completely off-guard when he and I were banned simultaneously. Thank you for reading this through and look forward to hearing a reponse.
