[Request] Thread layout and signature

Looking for a thread layout for http://www.sythe.org/threads/verified-letumstrikes-season-5-mmr-boosting-and-provisionals.1793892/

from my skype down to Platinum 2.

Any signature that says Letumstrike's boosting with some sort of eyecatching design will do fine. The thread layout would preferably be something very plain-ish and easy to read. However something fancier is fine as well if it still looks nice.
