FortCollins banned. Please redirect.

I apologize in advance for having to create this username is order to post. It says my posts are submitted, however never shown in the history. It also will not let me post in certain parts of the site without a username. Ban this username as it's not for the matter at hand. Previously when I was banned my dispute went through almost immediately and I'm just afraid with the new update their is an issue in receiving it. Please direct this to the proper section as I'm disputing a Ban. Thank you.

P.S. I've double checked the archives to make sure my appeal wasn't immediately denied as it states if so it will go directly there.

I am fully aware who Victimized is. He is a real life friend of mine in which I had been slightly aware of his history using Sythe as he introduced me to the site. I hadn't been fully aware of the Evading history;

I had logged in I believe it was once from his home Wi-fi in which I assure you was not my home IP address. I login from the same IP address nearly every time. I'm submitting this appeal from my home right now. Victimized has had issues with me in the past and we worked out trades in the past. There was a point in which he had an issue with me and submitted a falsified report against me to get me banned only to recant his initial claim:

I came here to make a good impression. Have been a donor, been learning how things work. Became a S.V.U. (regardless of my hatred towards Pay-Pal). I understand the skepticism of this dispute and truly believe Victimized having an issue with me in the past may have led to this. It completely slipped my mind I logged in through his wi-fi and was caught completely off-guard when he and I were banned simultaneously.
