Purchased one of his 40 champ smurfs. Several days after purchasing the account I started receiving messages from other players. They kept asking If I was rob? I then received messages from another user claiming I hacked the account. I PM'd Boostbros but he has completely ignored me. The account password has now been changed and I dont have access. I want a full refund plus the RP refunded as well. I purchased $20.00 RP via PP.

I request the user be banned till he refunds me. He has had ample time to respond and fix the situation.

 

Can you post a picture of the account being recovered/you being unable to recover it?

Also, the client chat pictures can't be used as proof, as it could be anyone on the other end (your friend or someone). Not saying this is the case, but just as a general thing.
