The chance is.. There probably was a nutter who built this giant boat..
And the people who wrote the bible though.. "Hmm.. This is pretty amazing, what if this Nutter had a point? Let's be strange hippie types and build an ark. A story about an Arc. YEAH! "

    Doesn't prove there's a god.

"Since Moses who wrote the book of Genesis was familiar with the Egyptian cubit which is 20.6 inches, the biblical record of 300 cubits is exactly correct! (300 cubits x 20.6 /12 = 515 feet)"

Oh! I completely forgot that Moses had a scientifically accurate rules that just happened to have the same measuring units as modern times!

"Later expeditions also located what appears to be Noah's first home after the flood and the grave sites of Mr. and Mrs. Noah. The graves were evidenced by petroglyphs on the large tombstones. These were within ~5 miles of the Ark. Unfortunately, the graves were subsequently exhumed by grave robbers. The Turkish government later reported that a bodice that Mrs. Noah was wearing, which was covered with large precious stones, was sold on the Turkish black market for around $75 million. One of the burial crypts was later recovered and is in a back room of a museum in Ankara, Turkey. It is 18 feet long! Enormous human bones appeared in some of the hotels in the area soon after the graves were robbed. The size of the bones suggests that the Antediluvians were between 12-15 feet tall!"

And the DNA tests that were not taken actually CONFIRM that they were Mr. and Mrs. Noah!

Do you REALLY think that he could fit every animal, male and female, on that boat? IF it is even really a boat.

There are more species of animals now than there was back then. keep in mind the sea animals did not get on the boat. *I think they ate the dead*

I DO believe in God, and Noah's Ark can be scientifically explained.

    And just one thing,

Could you fit a pair of every single animal and person in the world into a boat?

No, they existed, it's just that no one had discovered them yet.

Clearly, fuzzy pictures of something that might be a boat are conclusive proof that God, a human-minded entity that paradoxically loves us with eternal love, yet sends the bad people to hell, exists.

It also proves that the age of the Earth is 6,000 to 8,000 years old, regardless of what Carbon-14 and Uranium dating shows us. I mean, it's the Bible! Obviously, all of those highly educated scientists with Masters degrees and P.H.D's are all wrong.

The Bible didn't say the Earth was 6,000 - 8,000 years old.

Hold up I'm about to read a little, I maybe wrong.

Well while some of you are right, you gotta read some of it before you post! There is all kinds of links and explaining on the site. Also if some scientist agree with it, and they found some old parts that would go with a boat for instance the anchor, old wood, and some more stuff, I mean get for real!

So, if this is real, why hasn't it made international news?

Ankh, if I may call you that, the Bible doesn't specifically state that the Earth is 6,000 to 8,000 years old, that number is derived from adding the ages of all those mentioned in the Bible until Jesus's death. We then add about 2,000 years onto the number we receive.

yes it is obviously ignorance and if you believe it isnt your a moron , yes the boat existed it has been tested and proved , not only in that but in real life i have seen a few documentories etc. on the discovery channel and it has been world wide news you just obviously wernt paying attention. but i still do not believe in god , until i see him\her\it with my eyes , as ive said millions of times before , the bible is the biggest book of lies , and every lie has atleast some truth in it. so that would explain noahs ark , but its no where near what they said. , i mean cmon if you took every 2 animals in any decent size zoo or a big farm and the ark would have been almost full.
