    I feel like name sniping has gone on too long. Like seriously, I swear almost every good name on the market gets sniped nowadays.... I know it's always been a thing, before my sythe days - but over the last year or so I've only seen it occur more and more.

    How can we as a sythe community at least try and put a stop to this?

    EDIT: I'm just so sick of seeing names get sniped from a legitimate sale.

    Sadly, there's no way to really stop it. The only thing to do is to be really wary/cautious when disclosing your names to people. Which is really unfortunate because you have to "trust" somebody on the "first step" of the transaction.

    Unless Jagex implements some sort of system that allows smooth transfers of names - Name sniping will always be rampant.

    This is most likely never going to happen, they wouldn't put development time into adding a feature which allows people to swap names. It'd also make RWTing them that much easier.

    Would be great if this was a thing, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    BTW Uranus was sniped by Ryan -_-
