    2 months fitness plan

    I weigh 187lbs (85.5kg) , and Im 6'3(191cm)
    I want to change, I need to lose about 20lbs of fat+
    I am a basketball player, season is over so its down to myself.

    Does anyone have tips on what to do for the biggest fat loss?
    [My arms+Legs are almost ALL muscles, its just my upperbody that is packed with fat.]

    Im also 18 yrs old. I also take Acetyl L-Carnitine since today.

    Losing fat is a good thing. But at 6'3" you don't really need to lose weight. maybe like a few pounds at most. Just saying don't feel like you need to. That's a good weight for a guy that tall.

    My advice is don't try to drop the weight quickly, it'll come back before you know it. Cut down on food and up the exercise.

    I can cut down on food, the only problem is im always hungry. Im a "big" man, I need to eat in order to stay on my legs..

    Only way to lose weight is through a caloric deficit, aka, eating less calories than your body needs.

    Find out your maintenance calories by googling "tdee calculator", and eat 500 calories below it.
