Best way?

So I have 2mill sitting in my f2p level 3 account and my question is, what would be both the fastest and easiest way of turning this 2mill into 6mill?

I have access to an account with 86 fletching, and great combat stats etc. but it too is f2p, i could probably make one of the accounts a member for a month, so any help would be appreciated.

Merchanting stuff like arrows : buying for 20 ea selling for 25 ea
Making nats would work.
Merchanting waters.
And all other stuff.

You should try duel arena, but it's still a p2p thing.
