Ok, you leave Tutorial island.
you get a NORMAL staff from your main and full iron
then look at the equipment stats.. for magic attack
not really mutch right? -50 or something...
then you get a few minds and airs from your main, and go to the wizard tower.
you start attacking the lesser...
untill you are like 3 mage... then cursing untill like 25 then varrock tele untill 59, or make it member and use from 45 cammy tele...

or another way:
you train at tutorial island mage to 3, you won't get any HP xp because you CAN'T get anymore.
and then curser
dont really know if it still works, if you can still get new runes from the mage guy...
