Reporting Cherry G for scamming. Sells RSPS gp when hes staff, then bans accounts

Now, this is going to be a somewhat lengthy report. I'm going to show proof that "Cherry G" is an Os-Scape staff member, and that he sells server gp, then a few hours later, gets the accounts banned that he sold to.

Backstory:
I purchased blood money (gp) from Cherry around a month or so ago. Now, after purchasing from a lot of gold sellers I kind of remembered which user accounts I purchased from in-game. I traded an account named "Kaaba" and I received my gold. Now, what was strange about this was "Kaaba" was an account that has traded me in the past from a DIFFERENT gold seller for Os-scape, so I found that weird from the beginning. 2 hours later, I was banned, and here is the chat I had with Cherry via skype.

Now, after he realized that I knew something was fishy, he agreed to refund me the money I lost. Note: I also made a very large post on his thread regarding the situation.

So after he refunded the payment, I just let it go and wasn't really bothered because I got back what I paid for. Of course, ironically I didn't receive a ban this time AND he traded me off the same RWTing account that hasn't been banned still to this day. He refunded me the money as if it was nothing as well, which made it kind of obvious he had the ability to spawn as much as he wanted.


Now, fast forward to yesterday. My irl friend bought BM off of "Ch3rry". He spent around 50m 07 on the bm, and he ended up receiving a ban as well. So what I decided to do was, I wanted to do some research and find out who this ch3rry guy is, and how so many people manage to get banned by purchasing from him. Here is information I found on him :

I understand that in this report I don't have videos of me trading him or receiving a ban etc, but I'm making this report just to make members of this community aware. It isn't fair that the staff from Os-Scape are allowed to do, and get away with this. They are stealing the money from many people each day, and it's just sad.​

 

Going to need more hard evidence than a list of names and such.
