Looking for simple avatar and Sig

I just want very basic stuff, simple is the look im going for.

For my avatar, I literally just want the 07 runescape HP tab cut out around the edges, with a transparent background. Like the 99/99 HP with the red heart, with the rectangle bracket with the weird corners around it cut out.

For my sig I just want Verd in some nice looking basic font in white, with like a light reflection on the V that just flows together well. I also want this transparent, JUST the letters. If this is hard to understand feel free to message me to talk about it.

I feel like this is a pretty easy request but I could be wrong, so not looking to spend a ton.
