Terms of Service

1. Once the order has been given, you are not allowed to change the password until the order is completed unless previously agreed/notified.
2. You may not log into the account before sending me a PM or contacting on skype with prior permission.
3. I am not responsible for any bans/mutes/hacks after the order is complete or when the order is cancelled and refunded.
4. If I do not confirm an order via my post or PM when requested you're probably getting scammed.
5. I have the right to decline any orders.
6. You must provide a reasonable time frame for us to complete the order, and understand we are only human and things my come up - we will always endeavour to complete the order as quick as possible, and notify you of any delays.
7. You will pay first.
8. Always ask for a PM, if the PM is not confirmed, I am NOT held responsible if you get scammed by an impostor.
9. If you decide to cancel an order while the order is being worked on, you will receive a refund that we believe is fair for the work we have done.
10. Everything will be done by hand, no bots will be used during this service.
11. If you want me to provide you with the screenshot you must ask for them within 48 hour of finishing. They will be deleted otherwise.
12. You will provide all the supplies needed (A cash stack is fine for us to buy the items)
13. If you change the display name DURING the service without telling me the new display name the service will instantly end.
14. You will transfer any unncessary wealth off of the account, and only keep items that are required for the quest.
15. You will ensure there is an email set on the account before giving us the details.
