Snurf -ban evader/scammer-

Throughout all of his ban evading accounts, they all are selling a zerker account with very similar stats

Notice how he posts the stats, but the 50 firemaking/66cooking are the exact same, and other stats have just gained 2 or 3 levels.
EDIT: Notice how every single stat has either improved or stayed the same.

The accounts that icecityboys and nines1ace do not appear to be the same. Icecityboys posted his account after nines1 and the stats appear to revert.

Moreover I'm not seeing the connection to snurf here, please post a report that is more specific if you're so sure.
