How to stop my girlfriend from cucking me?

I've been in a relationship with my girlfriend for around three years now. I'm your average male; 5'11'', medium build, average intelligence, and more of the beta male type. Over the past five years, my girlfriend and I have enjoyed sharing hobbies such as biking, walking on the beach, and going to petting zoos, and our intimacy was relatively stable. However, over the past five months or so, I can tell she has started to lack feelings for me. She tells me that she longs for a more alpha type of male (which is why she's most likely a Trump supporter) and eventually she said she wanted to cuck me. I regretfully agreed and she sought after the alpha males. The decision to be a cuckhold was the worst of my life. I feel like I'm in a nightmare in which I cannot escape.
