Im not looking for anything crazy expensive. absolute most id spend would be 50m.

Strongly prefer trusted people for obvious reason.

Stats arent too major especially if fully quested, but obviously
60 Att(or lower)
70+Str
75+ Range(80+ is preferred)
Prayer is dependent on the account
