How often do Mules get banned?

Wondering if I should make a new account to mule on as I'm currently using my 2nd acc which is a skiller that i play along side my main everyday with but only have made one trade to the bots with it. Are mule accounts something that also get banned alongside the bot? Used my skiller just to get around the 17 hour/quest trade limit.

 

From what I understand yes they get banned often with the bot account. If you're botting gold and not just levels in a skill here and there, you're gonna want a good vpn. No other way to it unless static IP.

 

I use a VPS for botting so mule and bots would have different IPS all the time. This is why I ask too hoping to get of a majority answer, as I either get yes they do, or that its rare if they are on different IPs and your mule has never been involved in RWT or botting

 

Your mule needs to be created on a different IP than your botting account and your main account. You cannot create any links between them, so that if the bot gets banned, the others stay alive.

 

Okay thanks all bots are one a separate IP from main, just need to new mule then on another IP as well then.

edit: From there trading from Mule to main how do you go about doing that to avoid looking like RWT, do you just give you mule random items so the trade isn't empty?

 

Personally I wouldn't keep more than 2 accounts on a single ip, as chainbans do happen and happen very regularly. As for trading, you could trade just with items, or make sure you're trading a lot of people so jagex can't directly pinpoint. If you're constantly trading bots only, then jagex is gonna know you're a bot.

Aside from that, you could drop trade, stake, etc.

 

Is there a way to play osrs with a proxy not through a botting client? I have some private proxies I can use which I would solely use one for my mule if I can get a way to play osrs with a proxy

 

Yup, use your browser with a proxy and simply load up OSRS. You're going to have to create the mule from the proxy as well too, just so they can't link any accounts.

 

use proxifier to use the normal rs client using proxies!
