SVX Client needs your suggestions and questions!

Hello everyone, we're the creators and team behind the SVX Client, a new powerful botting client for Old School Runescape which will be totally free. The SVX botting Client is unlike any other botting clients out there currently, it has many custom features that current bots do not and simply will not have. The SVX client has been built around an certain official Old School Runescape client out there currently (cannot say, legality, but it's widely used).

We, unlike many others, have been able to do this, which enables us to use those features in our botting client.

We are aware that most users of botting clients have may features they rely on in a botting client, and that is why we come to you and ask what features you would like to see in a botting client. Here are some features our client already has, for examples:

• 
  Able to use proxies with the client.
  Able to bot multiple accounts at once.
  Able to upload botting scripts from files into the client.
  Able to run multiple scripts per account (if you need 2 to run at any time).

These are just some examples, we are extremely interested in your suggestions and questions!

If you're saying what I think you're saying, you're injecting (most likely) OSBuddy to hijack it's hooks, which is licensed software and using it as a bot.... Inb4Lawsuit

in ur post all u said is proxy support and being able to bot multiple accs, if your bot is truly "unlike any other bot" surely you would've picked different features to list

 

Hahaha I'd stay away from this. Build your own client, your own bot, and your own updater and stop ripping off other people's software because you can't make an updater that finds hooks for yourself.

 

Built around doesn't mean we've ripped anyone off.

We have made our own botting client, we've built it from the bottom up. We've just integrated features from an official client that hold as a benefit.

If you don't want to use it when we release, don't. However, don't talk when you don't know what you're saying.

I don't know what the Developer of OSBOT is "lol"'ing at exactly. We just said we are developing a new botting client. We haven't shown it off, we don't have a set date.

However with the state in which OSBOT is currently, I don't actually feel like you have anything to mock, your client is dead, old. Mocked in the best part of the RuneScape botting community. It's features ripped from other clients that far exceed your own. It's horrendously bad scripts, it's client usage and lets not forget it's horrific detection rate. Don't sit on a dead horse, thinking it can still pull your weight, when we both know it's long past decay.

I guess you'll just have to see on our release, for yourself, that your "lol" will be redirected at yourself. We may be optimistic about our client, but it does not fall short on anything we say.

For way too long, developers like yourself have charged for premiums, for scripts and use of particular functions on your client, features that are not even custom to yourselves, like I said above, they have been ripped from other botting clients. We have built around a client, not stolen from one. Our client will be free, no premiums, no VIP, nothing. If people want to mock our client fine, by all means do, when it comes out don't use it. However we don't sit there holding our heads high acting like children, like yourself, when a bit of competition comes your way.

Honestly I don't fear peoples pessimism about us, but when the client comes out, and people start to use it, I know that minds will change, and people like yourself, will be long forgotten, and washed away.

If I had said we've open sourced it, then yeah go ahead and say "guy who has to use someone else's client for his bot", but that's not the case.

The client is ours, we scripted it, made it and update it. We took features of an official client, not the whole client, features. So no, we haven't stole anyone's client to use as a base for our bot. We made our client.

Yet again, for the second time and more bluntly, please know what the hell you're referring to and talking about before, as better for a word, shitposting. Thanks.

Well it's truly worded like a modern Shakespeare, confusing, filled with pointless bearings and up most, just riddle like. Never the less, I'll do my best to try and refer to your previous post (whatever it may be referring to).

Well the point's I made in my original post, were this, you missed out 2 of 4:

•

Well yes I'll agree I could've chosen better features to list, and yes I could've defined them a little more in depth, I don't really know how that stops me from bashing another bot. Everything I stated was true, and is no lie. Don't believe me? Simple Google search will ponder up how much of a decline OSBOT is in, and how awfully bad it is.

Our client is still in the stages of development, we came here for suggestions and instead got underachieving replies, not from everyone, but the majority just came to bash[ing] us (funny how hypocrisy works isn't it?). Never the less, let me just conjure up a few new features to list for you.

• The client doesn't need any login credentials to run, or to use a script. You can use an account to save scripts, but it's not needed. Without an account, scripts will have to be imported manually from a file or from a web link on the website.
• The client is free, however there is one cost, this cost covers the offline/online feature, which implements a VPS connected to the client, and thus disconnecting from the client, the account will still be running. The only reason for this feature to not be free, is because the cost of the VPS. All money for this feature goes towards the VPS.
• The client is free, all scripts are free.
• The client is open source.
• It supports bot development, and the client can be used to create botting scripts regardless of how simple or complex they are.
• You are able to view your bot, botting, on our website. This is useful if you have a dedicated VPS, or computer that runs your scripts and you want to check on the bots without going over there or using more CPU.
• The client will have a tracker so you can see your information (account is needed), information being, how long you've botted, what scripts, etc, etc.

ty but that still doesnt make it "unlike any other bot", because other bots have most if not all of those features (besides open source ig)

What features will be packaged with this client that aren't seen in others? How do you feel towards the bot RiD is working on?

I'm not bashing your client in any way, I'm just wondering what you'll be offering that will entice users away from Tribot, Topbot, OSbot and RiD.

 

Word it however you want dude, building a project "around" another project is exactly the same as taking the code from another project.... Also what "features" did you take? The ability to load the game? Isn't that the only "feature" of THE official RS client? Other features like skill tracking and item tracking would be hooking fields in the client which I already talked about in previous posts. You're trying to make yourself sound fancy by using slang referring to who knows what? Prove I don't know what I'm talking about.. Even with just that you're stealing features from another client, I'm sure without the author's permission which in itself is wrong.. Then you go on to say that you made the client yourself. Why are you contradicting yourself? You say my posts are shitposts? Do your posts even have meaning? You want to prove your bot and prove your worth then provide us with information that actually matters and isn't just some worthless play on words. Also, "your" bot has nothing special. All other successful bots on the market today have proxies, prem scripts, svn, local script support, multiple script running support, multiple acc support and even more like walking webs. Do you know how important a walking web is? It's what made NeXus Ibot the most successful bot ever. So please. Tell me idk what I'm talking about and then try to back it up by repeating what you've already said.

 

Nexus were only successful because it was easier - they didn't have much competition and Jagex didn't even want to ban bots. Now everyone and their moms and dads have an oldschool bot, and Jagex actually tries to ban them

 

What official oldschool client is there?

 

A completely free bot sounds like an incredibly nice idea, and it could be great for the botting community! You may want to look into some kind of revenue stream though, it's nice to reap some reward from all the time I'm sure you're going to put into this.
