Your budget is ridiculously low. It is likely that anyone attempting to sell you a maxed/ex maxed/near maxed account at this price is hoping to scam you. Take the necessary precautions (ie MM, Recovery detail checks, seller ID etc).

The account(s) you're looking for go for around 350-450 - even higher if the seller is well vouched.
