Appeal

I was accused of charging back but this was because the account I purchased had been hacked and I started asking the person to change email/help me out a little and he didn't reply for a day or so and I wasn't able to log into account as there was someone else on it as it had been hacked so I did a chargeback. I had bought membership on the account as well... He never ended up changing the email to mine either. When he replied I had already done the chargeback.
