Effigycraft still taking part in Sythe services with Bus369

Effigycraft, who's worker scammed multiple people a few months back is still taking part in Sythe services along with Bus369. Effigycraft may be a legit user, but that doesn't change the fact he is banned because he hasn't paid back anybody that his worker scammed + hasn't made much of an effort to get my account back his IRL friend recovered.

Effigycraft sold me an an account in which he assured he was the original owner of, him being trusted I bought it and chinned to 99hp and paid a worker for this which costed me around ~200M. He can confirm if necessary.

Within a few days after getting 99hp, this was recovered - I got in contact with Effigy on Skype and he told me his friend must of recovered (turns out he wasn't the original owner after all), but he would be able to get it back because he knows him in real life. This didn't happen as apparently his friend ignored his messages.

Overall I wouldn't care too much if it was just a random person banned who was helping him, but this specific person knowingly sold me an account knowing he wasn't the original owner using his trusted status at the time to make me feel safe enough to invest a stupid amount of money into it, for it to get recovered later on. Not only this, but his worker scammed a tonne and he claims he couldn't afford to pay off the scams yet he still makes money working for Bus.

I definitely don't think it's OK for someone to get banned on Sythe and still partake in Sythe services in any way, shape or form. Technically, if he's working for Bus, then the money Bus owes him should go to re-pay the victims surely? I'm sure he earns enough to pay us all back in 2 weeks or so and get unbanned!

That's not how it works. If effigy scams while working for bus, then bus will be held liable. It's up to him to hire who he pleases
