Overall, basically we agreed I'd pay over 1-week time and after I finished paying the next day the account was recovered and my appeal was denied to get it back. The screenshots show that we changed the username that is why the email from Jagex shows a different username. As well as the screenshot recover page shows the email has been changed from my email as shown in the screenshot. Thanks
