    Question for you guys, I have a workout log on here going in the fitness page, I havent had time to upload the last four days or so.
    I know you arent supposed to bump a single post more than once per 8 hours, I have four different days to post up, am I able to post four different workouts to catch up, or should I just put the 4 work out days in one post?
