To be honest, don't know if this is enough information to ban him? But for someone to literally have over 15 accounts on Sythe and have the majority of them banned isn't fair at all.

On the template it says "just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!". I'm not sure if you meant to present any proof, because I'm not seeing any information. Not even seeing a match in interests. If anything linking together arises, just submit another report.
