Personal take on it.

~35 quests total, for something like 90m this wouldn't be too bad, roughly a little under 1m per quest. However, if does include stuff such as lunars, b gloves, desert treasure, and monkey madness.

The problem here is the prayer level is low which makes the quests I just listed, plus a handfull of other quests much more difficult.

In addition to that, I didn't go and calculate it at all, but will that get you the 170 qp for rfd?

 

I've used two established quest services websites, with the calculator for putting in the individual quests they've came out to 118m and one was 156.00 or so.
