Ok... So here goes...

I had two previous accounts (France & That One Kid) France got banned for "ban evading" when I wasn't banned to be evading anything in the first place and That One Kid got banned when I tried to get it back and explain this situation. This happened years ago, I don't really post much on sythe I just like the community and browsing the forums.

Was this a technical error? I can remember coming on to the sythe homepage and it would say I'm using a proxy when I wasn't and I thought nothing of it until I got banned. I then made a new account after a while and this got banned too last time I made a topic like this.

Ban me if you want lol, I don't really give a shit now (this was going back to like 07-08) it's just always bugged me and I thought I might try to get some justice.

Did you have any other sythe.org accounts? You were banned in 07 for ban evading. An old admin banned your accounts for ban evasion, but there's no proof to be found anywhere. If it was by IP match, which it generally is, the only account I can find with a ban for scamming (or anything other than ban evasion) is Shadow12. It's probably a mistaken ban to be honest, so I'm open to lifting your bans upon further review from another moderator.

 

I think the best way to go about it would to be for you to appeal for a pardon for the current ban evasion, I think it's very likely it would pass through. However if Superman feels it's better to avoid that process and go with an immediate unban, I don't feel it will cause any harm.

 

If one of you wants to investigate, see if you can find the original account he was ban evading from and that account's ban reason. I couldn't find any.

If you wish to have your ban lifted, you'll have to request a pardon for scamming (multiple times) and ban evasion.
