Honestly the history of this name is longer than I care to share.

I'd say Zyzz is definitely worth over 300m rs3. He reported played runescape which makes it more valuable than it already is, and for obvious reasons too. You'd find at least 20 people who would gladly pay upwards of 300m for this name.

Just curious but why is bullet pc'ed so high? To me it's just another 6 letter inamimate object. Is it because it's never been on the market? Not disagreeing with your pc but just wondering why, thanks

Well, bullet is a nice name imo. I have sold 6 letter names like animal and arcane for 1.25b. So I'm sure bullet can get 750-1b.

I just apply personal experience and how much i like the name into the pc.

Often when assessing a name's value, we look at a few things. First and foremost, we look at how desired the name is perceived to be. This includes questions such as: How "cool" does the name sound? Are the letters aesthetically pleasing? Is this word well known? etc. While length of a name does play a considerable factor, it's not what it's all about. For example, the RSN "RuneScape" would assuredly go for billions of RS3, despite it's length, due to it's implications in-game.

More specifically to "Bullet," it's associated with something well known: a gun. Many pieces of art involve bullets, and actions movies, where gun fights are commonplace, are widely popular. Therefore, I believe Glare is accurate in his appraisal.
