Cannot get emails from Sythe.org

Firstly, I apologize if this is the wrong place for posting this.

Awhile back I got a message from Sythe saying I was not recieving emails from the website and I needed to contact my email host.

My registered email is through live.com and I fixed the issue by contacting them.

Now that outlook took over, it seems I'm having the same problem. I tried to log into sythe, it told me I needed to reset my password because it's old, but I never receive the email no matter how many times I request it.

I tried contacting them, which has to be done through microsoft, but they wanted to "link" up to my computer and do something weird... And I'm using pirated windows, so I didn't allow her to "view my system" and thus, the problem hasn't been resolved.

Can anyone tell me of any other ways I can regain access to my account?
