    I got a staking game on, where you play me Tic Tac Toe on msn. And we stake rs2MIlls. I told him if you lose you got to pay, if you don't pay, it will be taken as scamming and you will get banned. Well he dint pay. I made him PM me on sythe aswell so he know the rules.
