    Fitness goals for the year

    What are you guys' personal fitness goals for the year?
    My current goal is to bulk to 200lbs by December, then sprinf next year, cut back down to 170-180lb lean.

    Also, would it be allowed for me to do a fitness log on here so you guys' can see my work outs each day?

    Yes it is allowed. Gl on your goal buddy, I personally have a quite similar goal. Mine isnt in a year but in 18 months, I want to fit in 3 cycles and be around 230-250 lbs, not lean just big. Here is a great example of what I want. You can see that he isnt that lean but hes massive and thats what I want

    Fitness goals for the year

    My goal is to be at least 200lbs of decent muscle by Mid summer, i started working out at the beginning of October weighting at 172lbs, and im now up to 188-189lbs.

    Good job buddy, you've had some solid gains and a 16lbs weight increase in that time frame is good, not too little nor too much.

    I'm currently in contest prep for the next two months. My goals are to maintain some of what I've worked for when I have finished competition and start reverse dieting.
